Built with CLT
What is CLT?
CLT gets its name from the crosswise arrangement of wooden layers that are glued on top of each other.
The material is significantly stronger and more stable than regular wood - comparable to concrete in terms of its properties, but up to five times lighter.
Resists drying out and cracking, unlike barrel saunas or other timber saunas
Environmentally friendly
By using sustainably grown, high-quality Nordic CLT wood in construction, your carbon footprint becomes neutral.
And best of all – wood continues to absorb CO2 even after construction, helping to create a comfortable indoor climate.
Good fire resistance
Thanks to its layered structure, CLT offers great resistance to flames, creating a unique charred surface layer that protects the wood.
Fire resistance can be further increased by impregnating the material with fire-retardant agents or covering it with plaster.
Sound insulation
Although we may not always notice it, we are constantly surrounded by noise that causes fatigue and stress.
Thanks to modern solutions and the layered structure of CLT wood, you can transform your new home into a sanctuary of silence—a peaceful place to relax after a long day at work.
Breathable house
Thanks to the moisture-absorbing properties of wood, modules built with CLT maintain a well-balanced humidity level.
In winter, the wood adds necessary moisture to dry air, while in the warmer summer months, it helps to absorb excess moisture in the air.
CLT also ensures excellent thermal conductivity, providing a comfortable and consistent indoor climate.
Allergy-free
Wood is naturally effective at preventing the spread of various bacteria and diseases.
By building your home with CLT wood, you create a healthier and allergy-free environment for yourself.
