TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these terms carefully before ordering! The e-store has the right to make changes or additions to the terms of use at any time and without prior notice.

The owner of the online store SIA "4SPA", Reg.№. 40203343295, legal address: Liepajas iela 4 - 6, Riga, LV-1002.

 

The validity of contract of sale, product and price information

The conditions of sale apply to purchases of goods from the online store.

The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products.

A fee for shipping is added to the price.

The shipping cost depends on the location of the purchaser and the shipping method. The shipping cost is displayed when the purchaser places the order.

All prices are in Euros (€).

Product information is provided immediately adjacent to the product in the online store.

 

Placing an order

Add the desired products to your shopping basket to order them. Fill in all of the required fields and choose the most suitable shipping method to complete the order. The total cost is then displayed on the screen. This can be paid securely via the payment methods provided by Maksekeskus AS. The contract enters into force when the amount payable is transferred to the bank account of the online store.

 

Payment

You can pay for the goods purchased in the e-shop using

CARD PAYMENTS (Visa and Mastercard) or

INTERNET BANKING (Swedbank, Luminor, SEB, Citadele or Revolut internet banking connection).

Your payment security is our top priority. Your data and private information are used and stored only in an encrypted form using tested and globally recognized data security systems. Payment processing is provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, therefore controller transfers the personal data necessary for making payments to the owner of the platform Maksekeskus AS. Learn more about our privacy policy here.

If we cannot deliver the ordered goods due to stock running out or for any other reason, the purchaser will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including the shipping cost) will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.

 

Delivery

Orders are processed on working days from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Delivery methods and times from order confirmation:

  • pick-up:

    - from the warehouse in Riga: next day by prior arrangement;

    (address of warehouse - Krustpils iela, Rīga).
  • delivery from stock in Riga: 1 - 7 days;
  • delivery from producers stock:
    - for KOODUU products: 1 - 3 business days;
    - for WELLIS products: 1 - 3 weeks;
    - for IBAAT products: 2 - 3 weeks;
  • if not in producer stock: 2 - 6 months;
  • OMNIVA with weight and size restrictions to all Baltic countries.

REFUSAL RIGHTS

You can use the right of refusal and return the product purchased in the e-store within 14 days in accordance with the provisions of the law: Consumer rights and obligations.

If you want to use the right of refusal, please consider the following:

- view but do not use the product;

- keep and do not damage the product's original packaging and assembly;

- goods with signs of use or significantly damaged packaging will not be accepted.

In case you want to refuse the product, it must be delivered to office or warehouse by prior arrangement (tel. +37129366743). Don't forget the proof of purchase!

 

Direct marketing and processing of personal data

The online store only uses the personal data entered by the purchaser for processing the order and sending goods to the purchaser. The online store forwards personal data to the transport service provider in order to deliver the goods.

The online store sends newsletters and offers to the purchaser’s e-mail address only if the purchaser has expressed their wish to receive them by entering their e-mail address on the website and indicating their desire to receive direct mail.

The purchaser is able to opt-out of offers and newsletters sent to their e-mail address at any time by letting us know via e-mail or by following the instructions in an e-mail containing an offer.

 

Settlement of disputes

All complaints made by a purchaser about the online store must be e-mailed to info@4spa.lv or submitted by calling +37129366743.
