FAQ - what important to know:

HOW DO I KEEP MY SAUNA IN GOOD CONDITION?

  • The interior surfaces and details of the sauna are treated with special substances before initial use and also once a year in the future.

  • The benches, backrests and footrests must be treated with a protective oil, to extend their service life. This procedure should be repeated once or twice a year in the future.

Note: For detailed information about maintenance and suitable types of treatment substances, see the manual for the specific sauna model.

HOW TO REQUEST DETAILS OR PLACE ORDER?

We sell our products worldwide.

  • For up-to-date information on available options, stock, payment, and shipping, please send us a request using our Contact form below, by phone, email or via WhatsApp
    (see the panel on the right side of the screen).
  • Once all details are confirmed and you’re ready to proceed with the purchase, we usually request a 60–70% prepayment to begin preparations or the manufacturing process. The remaining balance is paid before delivery.
  • For legal entities, please send us your company details so we can prepare a proforma invoice.
  • Legal entities from the EU (except Latvia) can purchase with 0% VAT.
    All clients (legal and private) from non-EU countries can also purchase with 0% VAT.
