The IBAAT 30L cold shower bucket with a wooden case is an advanced contrast waterfall bucket system for baths and saunas.
Sauna and cold shower benefits have been known for a long time and have a great impact on mental and physical health.
With the help of this device, water completely and precisely falls on a person, excluding unjustified losses during splashing. Water pours for 12 - 15 seconds to achieve maximum contrast, you can also adjust the pour time by releasing the lever.
